Melody Christian Academy was founded in 1981 by Pastor Bob and Carol Champion as a part of Melody Christian Life Church. A small beginning in one room of the church building, Melody has grown to occupy multiple first class facilities on a beautiful 20-acre campus.

MCA now has a student enrollment of 250 and has graduates in Universities, business, the medical field, and all walks of life. MCA is also accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Florida League of Christian Schools (FLOCS) and is a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA).

Our graduates have been awarded 13 million dollars in scholarship money. We currently have students who have graduated from or are currently attending Columbia, Stanford, Wake Forest, University of Florida, Clark University, Sewanee College, Hamilton College, Allegheny, Santa Fe Community College, North Florida Community College, and Florida Gateway College.

We believe in developing leaders, strong academics, and creating opportunities for the youth of this community to succeed in life on a greater scale.
